10-Year Lease at 90 Broad Street Continues The Firm's Commitment to Manhattan

February 5, 2004 - New York - Rick Steiner Fell & Benowtiz, LLP (RSF&B) today announced that the law firm has signed a new, 10-year lease at 90 Broad Street. RSF&B will occupy the entire 10th Floor of the building- comprising 10,000 square feet.

RSF&B provides legal advice to companies in the following sectors: banking, institutional lending, finance and investment banking, insurance, real estate, education, real estate food services and consumer products. The firm also provides services to small and middle-market businesses, physicians, medical groups and not-for-profit and charitable organizations, and has an employment law practice serving senior executives.

"We are pleased to continue our more than 30-year commitment to downtown," said Jacob Steiner, Esq., Partner at RSF&B. "Downtown Manhattan is a convenient location from which to serve our national clients as well as our clients throughout the City and its boroughs and in Westchester. We believe that the Wall Street area continues to be an excellent place to do business."

The terms of the lease were not disclosed. 90 Broad Street is owned by Whitehall Properties.

RFS&B also has offices in Hoboken New Jersey and Somers New York
